My name is Melissa Be. More than 4 years ago I completed my Master’s program in Social Studies at Utrecht University. Since then I have worked for various research projects in which I have gained experience in observing teacher-child interactions, especially in groups with children from disadvantaged situations (VVE). Now I focus on creating equal opportunities in society for children and families with diverse social and cultural backgrounds (ISOTIS), and on the quality of formal childcare in the Netherlands (LKK).
